It’s an amazing program that has helped me so far while using it. I can’t wait for a phone app to be developed so it will be a little more convenient to use. The only thing I’d recommend is making sure the downloadable workout pdf is the same as the online workouts. When I first starting using it I didn’t know how it worked so I listened to the program and then did the workouts using the pdf, once I got to the very end I realized there was a workout in the program🤦♀️ And some of them slightly differed.

Hi Elaina, Thanks for your review of the program. We had some updates made to the exercises in the program, and the PDFs should now be updated. Please shoot us an email at [email protected] if you find anything else that you think doesn't match up. Make sure to watch all of those videos, including the ones in the FAQ section of the intro. We try to explain everything as best as possible to give you some direction on how to work through the program and the workouts. Excellent program. I highly recommend it to everyone. When you are on the MoveU program, you can see that step by step you care about your body and understand how to fix your sh&t. I've been having pain in back and neck for more than 10 years. I tought that it wasn't a remedy for my problem, but with the MoveU program I could saw improvement in a few weeks. It takes time but it worth it so much.

This program should be a compulsory class in school, helps developing a body awareness everyone needs. Great coaching and community. I like that the program is periodically updated/re-organized, proves a continuous strive for improvement
