I have rarely been satisied with online courses in the past, often feeling the claims made are never met. This definitely isn't the case for MoveU. The courses themselves start right at the basics and you can choose your own pace as you go. I must confess that I wasn't as committed as I should have been but still saw an incredible improvement in back pain, tiredness and overall mobility. The cost is also easily justified in long term savings - I started with the 6-month plan and recently took up the lifetime membership.

By far one the best choices I ever made joining the program! Today is my 8 month mark and it’s crazy to look back and see how much I have learned, experienced and improved! This amazing group of people help enable you to take control of your body and get back to the things you love! For me it was getting back to weight training and becoming a strength coach! I'm an extremely active 65-yr-old female. I've run two full marathons and 13 half marathons, practice advanced yoga, surf, and even hold a national deadlift record in my age/gender/weight class. After setting my deadlift record I had set my sights on competing in a World competition. However, during my training, lifting increasingly heavier weights, I started experiencing intense pain in my low back, glutes, hip and leg on one side and had to stop lifting. The pain became chronic and I was miserable every waking hour. I stopped running and doing yoga, and couldn't imagine getting on a surfboard. I tried physical therapy, chiropractors, massage therapists, A.R.T., TENS device--you name it. Nothing gave me relief. Out of desparation, I even took the advice of an orthapedic surgeon and scheduled a spinal fusion (L4/L5). At the last minute I backed out of the surgery knowing there had to be a better solution. A few weeks later I found MoveU. I've been in the program a little over three months and am already experiencing vast improvements! I no longer have chronic pain, I've increased my strength and mobility, and I've developed a whole new mindset regarding pain. I'm finally resuming my fitness activities (including deadlifting!) using safe and efficient movement patterns. The program is well-thought-out, appropriate for anyone (no matter what your physical issue), and totally doable. The support of the coaches and private Facebook community is amazing and has been instrumental in my success. I have been empowered to take control of my body and fix my own sh#%! I couldn't be more grateful.

Love this program. It's value for me goes far beyond healing my pain but offers a better understanding of anatomy, alignment and movement that I can use throughout every day life.

It's something that you practice over a period of time. it's a philosophy to connect with this body.

MoveU is a great program. At first, I joined to get rid of the pain I was feeling all day. My only goal was to be able to sit longer than 15 mins and to get back to being active again. After going through the program, I gained more than what I signed up for. I gained a community, knowledge of the body and my own, and a mindset that I can apply outside of the program. I am grateful for this program and proud of myself to stick through it. It is best self care decision I have made for myself. Now, I hope to apply what I learned to help others around me. It takes time and work, but you will not regret joining this program.

I went from excessive lower back, knee and hip pain to moving freely in under a week. Am I impressed? What do ya think??! Only thing I can say is, if you or anyone you know has a body, any type of body, MoveU is what their body needs. Gotta get back to Move-ing now. See ya inside!
