When unexpected circumstances came up and I had to cancel my relocation out of state, I contacted Customer Service, and Michael was incredibly helpful. He made sure my cancellation was taken care of and even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was processing correctly. The level of customer service and personal attention I received really stood out to me. When I’m ready to make my move, I will absolutely be using MoveSafe for my relocation. I highly recommend them!

While I ultimately decided not to use MoveSafe for my cross country move, the personnel I spoke with regarding booking and cancellation were very helpful and professional. The person in billing that I worked with was great, I think her name was Galen.
