I had some issues and gave a bad review on 09/29, have since talked with company, resolved issues and got a partial refund. Would recommend to others, just clearly provide all items to be moved and it will be great.

From beginning to end everyone that I dealt with was professional and extremely helpful. They took the time to help with the scheduling and made the process less stressful. My situation changed shortly after and customer service was very helpful in processing my refund request. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others in the future.

As part of that resolution, we have offered a 100% refund of the deposit paid to our company. Stephen made sure I was prepared for the move, and the movers were professional and efficient. The only small issue was that one box had a torn corner, but nothing inside was damaged. Overall, I'm happy with how it went.
