The worst company you could book with they never pick up the phones they asked you for the exact cubic feet and still charge you for more feet tells you sizes are not what you told them, but you give them a right measurements they give you exact price then when they come it’s a total they try to charge you more that it’s a different company that comes Then they told us a certain date and we didn’t receive our stuff till a month later every day it was a different story then when we received our stuff a month later and being charged extra and being told, we will get a reimbursement for half of the stuff back and which we had 72 boxes and they only took 34 so that would’ve been another 40 something boxes that they should have took that we would been getting reimbursed back then they charge us for stairs stairs they supposedly didn’t say a lie. They offered $200 back 100 stairs and 100 for the items mind you all the stuff came back broken cracked. They left a mess in the house. They’re literally the worst company you can ever go with. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, but they said that they’re not even a real business , if I knew this, I would not let my mother book so now we are trying to fight because she deserves at least half of what we paid we did the math we should be expecting at least 1000 back and they only offered 200. They’re very rude and disrespectful argue with you. You don’t answer your calls , gives you the runaround. Do not book with them at all. So have a whole bunch of my family members going to put bad reviews out on them and just contact somebody higher

Our move was to include the transportation of a vehicle - day of the move, no transport had been set up and we had to drive the vehicle ourselves. Watch out for the “cubic feet” up charge. We argued with the movers for two hours over the L-Sectional verses a couch. The brokers (who estimate the costs) said they listed the sectional, the movers said their list only have a couch, we were allotted 35 boxes, we had 22 (most medium, six were large) we were charged extra…….we ended up paying $1,100.00 more than originally quoted and the car had to be driven the 1800 miles. During the process we were promised a refund would be issued - the movers had the furniture packed/wrapped and said they did their part, we either accepted and paid or they would unwrap the furniture (which we would have to pay for) and they would leave-they earned their part of the costs. Get several bids and read the reviews - this was a horrible experience and the refund they are offering is $50.00. That does not even cover one tank of gas!!!! BEWARE

Enployee who’s named after jeans with MoveSafe Relocation was so rude and condescending! He said "are you paying this deposit or not" while I have already expressed I needed a PDF not a copy of an email to submit as an expense for work. That guy literally sucks and is the main reason I said to cancel the quote and I'd rather use someone else. Goodluck getting people to use your service while dealing with a rep like that.

I had Movesafe broker my move for January 2025. As part of this process, I provided their sales rep with images of everything that I was moving. The sales rep put together and estimate of 1100 cubic sq feet. Some of my items were missing from his estimate, but there was also additional of other items. I pointed this out and was told that it would balance out. Come moving day and the moving company documented that I have 1550 cubic sq feet of items to move. That's a 40% increase over the estimate. This resulted in an additional ~$1500 in unexpected costs for the move. While I understand that it was only an estimate, being 40% off is too far off. I contacted Movesafe and had them do a review. They took no accountability for the actions of their sales rep and offered a small $150 rebate. This is absolutely unacceptable. Their sales provided the estimate based on the images I sent and was still somehow 40% off. They should have taken accountability for this.

Worst experience ever! I was quoted $14K for a move from Washington State to Colorado. The final bill was over $35K! The move team was made up of Armenians who spoke little to no English which made it almost impossible to communicate, in that my Armenian is extremely limited. The household goods arrived over 2 weeks past their delivery contracted date and numerous articles were broken. In spite of their horrible service we are finally moved into our new home and the move is now just a distant nightmare.

They held onto our stuff for over a month and a half and everytime wed call for an updated we were lied to and told that a driver was assigned and they were two days away, This was a lie and we have been stuck waiting almost two full months now without the majority of our belongings. Move safe is just a broker who gives your file to a bunch of different moving companies and gives you the cheapest bid then basically forgets about you. Do not ever use this company, I wouldnt recommend it to Hitler himself.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Bait and Switch at its finest! I spoke to the rep, had emails, and texts giving me a sense of trust and security. The quote based on my inventory quickly tripled after my things were loaded. They sent a truck that already had items, so all of my things wouldn't fit! I legy so much behind!I was told 5 to 7 days for my delivery. It is now Dec 30th and I have no idea where my things are. They were loaded Dec 14th,2024. I cannot get communication! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Moved from NV. to WI. Streamline Movers & Storage were the ones contacted to do the move The quote went from $6748 to $14,859 TO $24,300 the day of the move!!! They were supposed to provide two 26ft. trucks...only one showed up, another was rented from Ryder. It was an all-day event from 8am to midnight!!! I called on several occasions to let them know that one truck would not be enough. The day of delivery I got a call from the ILLIONIS State Police letting me know that the truck was being detained due to improper paperwork. And, now when I call they don't answer phone!!! It goes right to a recording...waited 22minutes the other night. Also, the final payment was to be made in cash!!! no check or credit card!!!
