Talia, We personally spoke with your husband at the end of the day on Monday. It was explained to him why the cost of his move increased, he understood. Just as if you were to change a flight to a different date during a busy time of the year and add checked bags. It's the same concept. He was advised that there were at least 20 people in front of him in line to be refunded. We let him know we would do our absolute best to expedite his refund. There was not a specific timeline given. You wrote another 1 star review in less than 48 hours after that conversation. Had the refund been processed on Monday, you still would not see it reflected in your account because of bank and merchant processing delays. It always takes multiple business days to show in the account after a refund is processed. If you have questions on where your refund is at in process, you can reach out to us directly.

The carrier completing the move is responsible for physically loading the shipment and verifying the actual volume and services required. If the actual inventory or space needed differs from what was estimated, the carrier may need to adjust the charges accordingly.
