better experience
After I posted my previous review, the resolution team reached out to me and made an effort to fix the situation. They offered a partial refund and tried to work through the issue, which I do appreciate. I especially want to mention Haley — she was very kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help. She understood my frustration and handled the situation with empathy and professionalism. I still believe there were serious issues with communication and how things were handled initially, but having someone like Haley makes a big difference. The company would benefit from having more people like her who truly listen and care about customers.

Thank you for taking the time to update your review—we truly appreciate it! We’re glad our resolution team was able to connect with you and work toward a better outcome. We’re especially grateful for your kind words about Haley. We agree—having team members who genuinely listen and care is incredibly important. We also hear your concerns about the initial communication and handling of the situation. Your feedback is valuable, and we’re using it to improve how we support our customers from the very start. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to make things right.

A Smooth Move for My Home Bakery
As a home-based baker and chef, I was really nervous about moving my kitchen setup but MoveSafe Relocation exceeded my expectations! The team was punctual, professional, and handled all my baking equipment with great care. My ovens, mixers, and delicate tools arrived in perfect condition. They even took extra time to ensure everything was securely packed. Thanks to them, I was back to baking in no time. Highly recommend for anyone with specialized equipment!

Move Safe Relocation provided great…
Move Safe Relocation provided great service overall. The movers were skilled and worked efficiently to get everything done. They took care of fragile items, and nothing was damaged during the process. The only hiccup was a minor mix-up with the paperwork, but it was quickly sorted out. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail and would recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Moved from MD to NC
The customer service representative and movers were very courteous and responsive. Movesafe is a brokerage that finds you the best moving company that meets your personal and financial needs, whether you are moving in-state or out of state. Make sure you understand and know whether you require the entire truck or just a specific square footage for your belongings.
