Reliable company. Fast response to all my questions by mail. English speaking sales representative who responded to my all questions very fast and accurately. I got my order another country ( Bulgaria ) with UPS in 9 days from Spain. I would really recommend this company.

The worst experience in my e-purchase life! I am not used to write reviews but this time it is necessary to warn other people from the hell happened to me. After 7 months I have still not received one item as part of my order. Every month a reply to ensure but at the end no solution. Having delays also with refund process.

The worst dealer I've ever met. They lie, they don't send the product they are arrogant. After more than three months, I received the amount of more than 2,000 euros back. Even then, I had to contact consumer protection. I hope he gets punished! I do not recommend it to anyone.

Dear Kass, your message is not entirely true, so we would like to clarify that in your case, the situation didn’t depend on us but on the transport company DHL. We made two shipping attempts, but the shipments were stopped by DHL, considered dangerous goods and returned to our facilities. We did everything possible to deliver your order and we were always in contact with you trying to find a solution together. We apologize again on behalf of the transport company, Best wishes!
