This is not so much about the excellent service as it is about the outstanding IPad holder. It was the fourth IPad holder that I tried and is everything the other cheaper holders were not. The arms could be articulated to any position and the IPad was securely held in place during fairly rough off road driving.

I was very impressed with the design of this product. However the clamp attachement broke upon intial use. It appeared to be a defective part. I contacted customer service and they in no time at all had a replacement shiped to me. I am very impressed with is product and this company’s customer servic.
