Great company with very responsive customer service. I contacted customer service for resolution of an issue with incorrect screws for the monitor mount. Web Beeman responded right away, offered to get on the phone with me to resolve the issue although it was on a Friday evening. That is outstanding customer service.

I am very impressed with the customer service and the product itself. I ordered the single monitor, height-adjustable mount with heavy duty base clamp. Wow! What a monitor arm! I have severe spinal and hip pain, and so have to run my own business to make money because I have to work lying down for half of my day (sometimes all day). The rest of the time I work standing up. Sitting just doesn't work for me, which limits my ability to travel as well. I have an articulating bed on the back side of a desk, and a riser I built that I set on the desk to let me work standing up. The configuration was greatly simplified AND enhanced with your excellent monitor arm. Previously I had to move the monitor onto a cross-beam over my bed. No more. It is now effortless for me to switch between standing and bed-bound positions. Switching frequently between the two positions is important for me, and leaning over to move my monitor around often increases my spinal pain. Well, that's solved too! You just made my workday more productive and less painful. I even got a call from a rep when I ordered my monitor. Your business is doing it right. I am so glad I found you!
