First came the ordering process . I had questions prior ordering and was happy and surprised to see a phone number was available . I called and left a message and Shortly after received a phone call that answered all my questions . I want to emphasize having the option to talk to a knowledgeable employee of the company ( not a third party contract person) is critical for me to do business with a company . The marginal dollar saved by going back and forth over email is a deal breaker . Time is my most valuable commodity but don’t mistake competitive pricing is important but at the margin service and product quality are the most important. As with most products receiving and/or assembling the product is just the beginning of the experience. I received my mount my monitor mount which was going to hold two 48 inch wide screen monitors stacked on top of each other . The package came and I was pleasantly surprised how few parts there were and I could assemble it with just the one included tool . The build quality was excellent. I put together the monitors of a video which I could access. To guide me with the easy set up . I did have some issues lining up the monitors so they were straight and aligned properly at the right angles for optimal viewing but the mount my monitor service team responded quickly via phone call to assist me. I love my monitor mount but as important I love the pre and post purchase experience . I do not like off shore service help as it is nearly 100% of the time inferior to USA / Canada based service I want to thank Web and all team at mountmymonitor for an outstanding product and first class service and recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing this product for business or personal use
