I’ve had an excellent experience with the MotoPress Hotel Booking support team. I encountered two separate bugs and opened two support tickets. They were incredibly responsive and handled both issues quickly and professionally. Their support led to two plugin updates, which shows how seriously they take user feedback. On top of that, their communication was kind, respectful, and helpful throughout. Honestly, this is the best plugin support I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommended!

Fast support excellent

I had problem with a plugin associated with the hotel booking and as it turned out it was my fault , but Andre on the help line was most helpful and solved the problem very quickly . I can't praise the help desk highly enough. Good product, good service.
