I researched a bunch of templates and decided to go with Motopress. I can't remember why they beat out the others, but I have been pleased with what they provided me and am happy with the decision. I spent about $500-$700 on their products over the last 2 yrs and I have made about $70K in revenue because of their site, so clearly it is a decent investment. Setting the site up took a lot of time and if you are used to something like the UX of Airbnb's backend platform, it wasn't as intuitive, but it's basic for users to navigate on the front end. What really surprised me was the professional customer service. They truly explored my issues that I reported and the turn around time was quick. I always got a response within 24 hrs (..with the exception of a few times it was 48 hrs and one time it was about 3-4 days). Overall, their care was consistent and courteous. I think I was expecting less connection with an actual human when I had issues and I was prepared to have to solve the problems myself, but I'm SO glad I wasn't left to my own devices to solve my tech problems myself. I'm very grateful they have supported me for the 2 yrs I have had their template - Overall, I'm happy with the product (I used Alpenhouse).

Support is really good and personal

I investigated several booking plugins for my client to use in his wordpress site, for managing 2 self catering cottages. Motopress works well with all the features I need for seasonal rates and varying lengths of minimum stay according to season. Its very flexible. The support team have been great at answering all my setup and customisation queries.

Motopress support was very helpful in tweaking a few css issues to get the theme working just right for our camping business. Thanks guys
