MotoPressReviews of motopress.com

I have purchased the Hotel Booking Pro because in motopress website they made it look nice and appealing but in reality the front end is looking very bad! It reminds me of a plain word document with a bunch of photos. In order to make it look nicer, you have to purchase dozens of extensions. On top of this, they have the worst customer service ever. Every time I was visiting their website, a bunch of sales guys would send me a message to sell me one of their products. After I purchased Hotel Booking plugin, I emailed their customer support about a query I had and no one really ever got back to me. Overall, they are not worth it. There are lots of other Hotel Booking plugins that worth your money, certainly not this one.

Worst customer service ever, buy a template and was impossible to work correctly, and they don't want to refund my money, and can just write an email to them after you buy your product in the chat, they impossible to talk with and say, sending an email, they say just Sales in chat, but the same person in the email, fake company, be careful about your money, and look they not add your credit card to subscription, do with my card, even when they say it for life if I buy, so why need to subscribe, and didn't see anywhere, just because I look more carefully. STAY AWAY, so many other places to use your money.

Read all the positive reviews....they're fake! This plugin isn't worth $250 and the money back guarantee is worthless. You have to have a workaround for most everything. Stick to the monthly paid services and save yourself $250, it's not worth it. They spend more time trying to scam you out of your money then they do trying to improve their plugin. Never had such a bad experience with a WP plugin.

Truly poor customer service. I raised a ticket for technical support on Wednesday, was told I'd hear back within 24-48 hours. Not heard a thing! Get in touch with their so-called customer services team today (Friday) to be told I should hear back on Monday. That'll be 5 days without the service I need for my website, that's 5 days without being able to take bookings and money! Currently people visiting my website are booking accommodations thinking they have larger capacity than what they really are! I'm having to go back to them to then explain, which is extremely time consuming and costing me money as it's causing customers to cancel their bookings with me! Will reframe from buying anything else from MotoPress in future. They should not say on their website and emails it'll take 24-48 hours for my query to be answered when in fact it won't be answered for 5 days! Truly ludicrous if you ask me.

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. They charged me twice for buying a single product and they just made a bullsh*tpoint that they don't have to pay me back. I have wasted so much of my time and energy. So my recommendation is not to buy. There are plenty of plugins that are better and cheaper. Just don't even get near MotoPress.

bad support, very not recommended. please DO NOT purchase any theme or plugin from this company.

Sadly this plugin for website building is a MAJOR HEADACHE to keep updated. It seems that every single time I try to update my site, Motopress builder doesn't work and needs updating... Uggg... Not buying this again... I tried it with three separate websites because the builder is "ok", but it's simply not worth my time anymore... Moving forward!

I spent alot of money for a template monster theme with this garbage motopress slider it came with that didn't work.
