Their support is fantastic. I had a difficult problem in changing slugs for translations and it was soved by Eugene in one chat. Unbelievable, very impressed. I have worked a lot with support desks from other suppliers recently, but this one was by for the best experience sofar. Keep up the good work.

I am using Hotel Booking Lite. I have so far done a couple settings. when I click on book button am directed to a selected room that displays the Details, Availability calendar and Reservation Form. when I choose my dates from the form the button that is displayed is check availability when I click the button the page reloads and nothing happens. is it not suppose to take me to a payment page? and so Andre was there to save the day immediately. I never waited for emails or some days. right there via chat problem solved

I have been using the Hotel Booking Plugin from MotoPress for several years now and every time I had an issue I was always helped quickly and accurately. I believe that this plugin was a God sent for the B&B that I created the website for.

MotoPress support was brilliant! Quick and very helpful and solved my issue. Since Covid general support across the board has been weak, but not with MotoPress. Andre was excellent and so is the product! Many thanks - Don C

the application I bought is very complete and the support is very friendly and responsive so if you have any difficulties they will help you right away. They even helped me with the CSS

Had a really great experience dealing with the support team at MotoPress. They do know what they are doing and have no issues on helping you out. Themes and plugins work flawlessly. First time that I use their products and I’m impressed on how easy and quick it is to set things up and get them to work for you. So if you’re thinking in using MotoPress products, on my recommendation, please do not hesitate, you’re in good hands.
