MotoPressReviews of motopress.com

Thank you for assisting me in setting the plugin up for my customers. You've been great with your patience and expertise!

I am happy working with you. you solve my issues very well. I am satisfied. Motopress team is always ready to responde to my questions. Thank you for your help. specialy my thanks are directed to M. Flores.

High-quality themes and high-quality customer service. I encountered a little confusion and some minor issues with customizing a theme I had purchased. The team was and are very helpful, and are very quick to respond.

Excellent support, they respond quickly, the plugin works correctly, and in case of any incompatibility or misconfiguration, they provide support at all times for the solution. Highly recommended.

Customer service was helpful. They answered all my questions relatively quickly. It's true that I didn't get a solution to my trial problem, because time blocking doesn't work well for me. Maybe I'm in the minority, and that's fine with the majority. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. Everything was fine with the intention to help.

Helpdesk is very good - they prompt on all issues and help very quickly. The only negative I encountered was inaccuracies in product descriptions. In fact, I did not need a paid plugin in addition to the theme, but technical support did not focus on this for me.

Fast and thourough response on my supprt-request.

Packed full of features The Motopress Hotel Booking plugin is packed full of very thoughtful features. It has most if not all of the functionality a vacation rental operator would need to run their business. I do find that having full control over the look and feel of the output is a little clunky but the developer seems to be working on this which is terrific.
