((((Commandé un tableau qui est arrivé dans une simple enveloppe sans aucune protection. Le tableau était abîmé, complètement tordu à cause du cadre fêlé en raison de leur mauvais emballage. Je les ai immédiatement contactés ils répondent d’abord qu’ils vont remplacer le produit et finalement n’envoient jamais rien. Aucun moyen de les joindre comme déjà indiqué par d’autres)))) UPDATE : Recu finalement 1 mois plus tard suite a l avis ci-dessus, un nouvel article de remplacement, bien que le délai a été long ils ont finalement respecté leur engagement

Horrible. Le poster, vendu 127€ quand même est d’une qualité pitoyable. Commande en 70x100 cela ne rentre pas dans un cadre de la même taille. Le vendeur me demande de le couper moi même ! De plus beaucoup de défaut, de marques. J’ai demandé un retour mais bien entendu ce nnest pas possible au motif que je l’ai ouvert ! C’est sûr que fermé j’aurais bien vu les défauts! A fuir

It's clearly written in our website that posters don't come with frames. Only the Canvas and Glass have suspension that can be hang. We can arrange this settlement.
