So sorry for your experience here, we do our best to accurately tag the proper codes, though this is a difficult time to keep up with all the changes. We can only hope we will do better the next time you consider us, but in the meantime there are many wonderful dealers within Canada that we work with. We make many of our products at different specialists throughout the world. To my knowledge we have had no issues with rust on our coated, painted, or stainless racks. To be fair, we use flat rate shipping and on some items we do lose money compared to what you may pay to ship. In the future, you can give us a call to determine country of original before you order, and that may save you some frustration! Hope to see you back again for your next parts order, and if not we hope you find a new source so you can keep Motoring!

I undertstand the frustration here. We generally DO try to be clear about what's included, however at times our suppliers will change what's offered, and if one supplier offers the o-ring and one does not, we need to err on the side of caution. In the future, give us a call to confirm if any extras are included.

Hello, your frustation is understood, as we would never encourage or allow our team members to be rude to a customer. We do struggle with volume at times, which is part of a seasonal business; you never truly know the volume of activities. Without knowing details, I would guess you ordered a backorder product that changed costs on us, either due to a new vendor or it came in at a higher cost. We never bait and switch customers on pricing, it's truly the result of real changes that we cannot control. If we don't have a part, we wont ship it, regardless of the requested shipping speed.

Hello Ira, we do try to make our shipping costs as fair as we can. Car parts vary wildly in size and weight, and many people compliment us on our unique approach to value-based pricing. And we do offer free shipping as well over the order threshold amount.
