This company doesn't respect its own contractual terms and doesn't keep its website up to date. Moss refuses to refund my shipping costs even though they sent me the wrong part. They've stopped responding to emails. Furthermore, I asked for confirmation before ordering to be sure of the part number. They got everything wrong. I don't recommend ordering from them. I lost $100. In my opinion, it's incompetence and fraud.

I have been a long time customer, sadly no more. Product quality. selling items that have been openly discussed as substandard for years in forums is shameful. Under the ownership of Radial Bank I am finally finished. Sadly , they are gobbling up their old competitors like Pac-man.

Ordered and received a 807-075 hood release cable outer sleeve and the inner cable for my 74 TR6, after installing it, and there is only one way to install it, the image of the car on the handle is UPSIDE DOWN! Quality!!

I purchased an overrider for my 72 mgb. Attempted to install it and discovered it had been manufactured inaccurately. Welds were set imperfectly and subsequently wouldn't fit. Tried several times to make it fit with negative results. So I sent it back with a request for refund. Their response - the part was damaged therefore no refund. Ultimately, I lost $125.00. Not a huge deal, but really very aggravating. The loss is nothing compared with what they'll lose in future business from me. I'll find another source before ever using them again. They made the mistake but I suffer the loss. Not going to risk losing any more money with them.

We purchased 1973 MGB Mud Flaps. They are shorter by 1 1/2 inches from the original ones and the MB emblem is much smaller. Too bad.

Bought a set of shocks. Incorrect fittings supplied. Impossible to get a response from Moss. Appalling customer service! Never again.

Placed an order 6/4. Get a mail 8/4 that the parts is shipped but under tracking its showing label created no package has been delivered to USPS. Been trying to get in contact with them but no answer. Also send several mails. The reason of the order was becaus they had everything in stock and that they ship stock parts with in 1 day. But two weeks later nothings been shipped, and thats not good at al speasaly this being a customer car.

Scums!, don’t even deserve 1 star. Tried getting a gasket set for my 71 xj6. Part was in stock then when i paid they took the money and told me the part was out of stock. Gave them my customer number and order number to give me a refund and they said. “You haven’t made an order, therefore no refund will be sent”. It was $190 which is alot of money for me. Im furious and very upset. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
