I read that Temple Grandin recommends weighted blankets to help restless sleepers rest better. They seem to be helping immensely.

Excellent customer service, arrived quicker than expected. I sleep with it every nigh and I feel it helps me get a better night's sleep. It is a little warm but is fine as long as I have the fan on. I want to order one for my grandson. He has autism. He grows so fast though that I am afraid he will outgrow it quickly.

I've suffered from severe PTSD for two years now, and I live with a constant feeling of fear, which makes sleeping (a very vulnerable act) super difficult for me. This blanket instantly made me feel relaxed and gave me a sense of safety I haven't felt in a long time. I will buy these for the rest of my life and suggest them to everyone (even normal people!)

Beads fell out of blanket unexpectedly. There were no holes I could see but I woke up in a sea full of beads. I would not recommend buying this.

I have suffered with anxiety, Insomnia, PTSD, restless leg syndrome... I had several friends send me links and info. on weighted blankets. I finally decided to give it a try. It was nice to be able to pick out my own material, weight and size of blanket. When it first arrived and I took it out of the box. I thought, Geez! This is heavy and it's probably going to be hot and honestly I was a bit skeptical. I have had the blanket for several weeks now. Sleeping with my weighted blanket makes me feel safe and secure, and feels like someone is holding me all through the night. It makes me feel relaxed. I have been able to fall asleep faster, and I stay asleep through the night. The blanket is not hot at all. It is just so comforting. I feel much more refreshed in the morning, like I've slept well. Overall I am very pleased with my blanket and I would recommend it to others. It really does work!
