after placing my order i was contacted the next day to let me know that they did not have the material i wanted in stock. i was told of all my options which included similar material or waiting for the one i ordered. i chose to wait. i was given a realistic time frame which was beaten. i received my blanket sooner than i was expecting. i am most impressed that they took the time to let me know personally of the stock issue. after this experience, i only wish more companies were this up front and honest.

I bought 2 of these blankets, they are great. Customer support needs some support itself. On two occasions I called Laura for help with my order. On two occasions she said she'd call me back the next day and never did. Frustrating because questions about my order were never answered sufficiently. For the price of the blankets and the price of the shipping ($!), I expected better service.

The blanket was shipped very quickly. Very happy with the quality.

I worried that I'd be too hot, as I cant sleep under down for that reason. It has proved to stay cool....and I love the weight!

I bought the material for my daughter. She loves it. It is very comforting to her. The colour is vibrant. The material is very soft. Now everyone in my family wants one! The company was very concerned about sending the blanket to the correct address. (I messed up the address). They were very persistent and careful at making sure that the blanket was delivered correctly.
