Apparently it takes 30 days to manufacture. I haven't even received my blanket yet and they're already emailing me to give them a review.

I'm receiving a request for my experience, but so far all I can say is I've paid for a blanket that hasn't come yet. I'll be glad to update when the blanket actually arrives.

I bought this blanket for therapeutic purposes to help with my insomnia and anxiety at night, I am very pleased! The product is hand and custom-made and of high quality (to be aired a couple of hours after delivered). I strongly recommend it to any child and adult who has issues getting to sleep at night. The team is also very responsive via email.

Love the feel of the weight, however - when it arrived there was a very strong chemical-like smell; I assume from the pellets inside? I had to leave it in another room for a week or so to let it "air out". It also doesn't seem to have any polyfill whatsoever; not sure if this was a mistake or if it was something I neglected to specify....so basically this is a blanket with sectioned beanbags and no softness you would get from the polyfill. Also, with no polyfill, every time you shift your position it is somewhat noisy due to the pellets shifting. Since the return policy states that I have to pay for return shipping, I decided to live with it; but would hesitate to order again.

For waiting nearly a month and spending over $200 I expected a much higher quality product. There is virtually no fluff filler in the way-too-large square pockets. Also it came many inches shorter than what I had ordered. When emailed about these issues the response was a simple and curt "Feel free to return it". Seems very unhelpful and unprofessional. When I complained about the lack of fluff she told me it was because the blankets were so heavy. I don't see how those relate at all.

Love, love, love the two weighted blankets I ordered. I ordered a 5-pound blanket for my 96-year old mother who has dementia. She uses it every day and it has a calming effect on her. I also ordered a 10-pound sports-themed blanket for my 10-year old grandson who tends to be a little hyper. He calls it his bean-bag blanket and uses it when he reads his books and watches TV. I'm so grateful to Mosaic Weighted Blankets for their expertise, and the calmness their blankets bring to our family.

I bought a large adult blanket for a friend of mine who has sensory processing disorder. I picked a color she would enjoy and when I received my order it was nothing similar to the blanket I ordered. On the website it says they have right to pick a pattern similar to the one I chose if not in stock but the pattern they picked wasn't even close colorwise or patternwise. When I talked to a representative they said they would send me some different color choices if I'd like to exchange it. They never emailed me back after that message and I had sent them multiple. I was just ignored. I bought this as Christmas present now I will have to show up empty handed. I personally will never order from them again.
