Delayed delivery, was told they had a different size in stock asked to have that shipped intstead but no response after that. Blanket arrived weeks late and still waiting on a 10% refund I was promised. Could have received before Christmas if blanket would have been sent with expedited shipping (would have rathered that be done complimentary then having it after Christmas) should have gone with Amazon and been guaranteed shipping. My mistake for trusting the website when ordering that I would have it for Christmas. Ordered 12/5 plenty of time prior. Update- more upset reading other reviews that they placed only 2 weeks before Christmas and were able to receive their order in time. Obviously something went wrong and the 10% discount does not seem exceptable.

I was very impressed with the craftsman ship. Just wish they had sent care instructions. Can they be washed and dried in machines? They seem to stay cool. Is this normal? Seems to help my husband feel secure, calm his anxiety. Thank you. I would recommend you. Also, try to update your clients as to the status of their order,as I did not realize the time it took for this to be made, and was worried I had a bad site. Nice work.

I absolutely love my weighted blanket. I got the full-sized blanket with the minky fabric and it’s so soft and well-made. I sleep with it every night. My son keeps trying to steal it from me. I think he’s getting one next! Best purchase I made in 2017 and I would recommend to anyone.

The blankets are good, but I would never order over Christmas again. I did get refunded 18 dollars for it coming almost a month late, but I paid for 3 day shipping (50+ dollars) and they would not refund that.

Nicely made product, but is essentially a piece of fabric filled with beads. Is very loud when you move the blanket, and for $300 I expected the blanket to have some sort of stuffing inside of it instead of just pockets of beads that pool into a corner of the blanket. Probably would not buy again until product is improved...at least not at this extreme price point
