It’s been almost 4 weeks since I placed my order and was charged and still have not received an email about my blanket either being shipped or out of delivery.

It has been almost a month and I have still not received my order. This is not my first purchase with them. I am disappointed.

The sizing chart displayed on the website doesn’t line up with the chart upon ordering. This resulted in a purchase of the wrong size blanket. Small operator error admitted, I should have paid attention to the actually measurements rather than just the size. They weren’t prompt with communication regarding the return. Then upon ordering a new blanket the order would not place.

We weren't sure about the whole Weighted Blanket concept...but decided to risk the expense for the sake of our daughter who struggles with severe anxiety and depression and panic attacks. Although we ordered at a busy time of the year, we received our blanket in a timely manner. When my daughter was getting anxious about when it would come, and if it would come, I utilized the "chat" feature on the website. Immediately a kind and understanding person (this person had to be a parent!!) responded and reassured us with neighbourly concern and kindness. In the end the blanket arrived sooner than what they said. And ever since my daughter started using it our evenings and prebed routines have been smoother. She falls asleep much quicker and has slept more consistently through the night as well. She's 16--so these sleep habits have been formed years ago...and yet still the blanket has worked it's calming magic! I'm very impressed...surprised, a little shocked...but very impressed! Thank you friends at Mosaic!

It took a long time to receive this blanket. Shipping was very expensive and super slow. I added a message to my order that stated "This is a gift. Please do not include invoice/receipt with shipment." What did they do? They sent the receipt to the recipient. I am not happy that she saw the purchase price. The jury is still out on how well it works since she's only had it about a week.

I haven't received the blanket. Hard to review when it has never shipped, but was charged!

The blanket is beautiful and well-made. My daughter loves it. It has really made a difference in how well she sleeps. It took a bit longer to arrive than expected and I had to call to confirm that my order was received. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the purchase.

My experience with the company was good. I got the blanket for my daughter for her birthday and it was more expensive than I usually allow for that but I knew she had been wanting a weighted blanket. We were both disappointed in it mainly because the filling kept spreading off to the sides and wouldn't stay in the middle where it was needed. I sat under it once and did become relaxed during and after though. It seems like a twin size would have been easier to handle for her needs.
