We have already used this blanket with our daughter. It is well-made.

I received a call from the company in regards to my order. They contacted me because they know what the climate is like where I live and they thought the fabric I picked may be too hot. They even offered to order me a lighter weight fabric in a similar print.I thought that was so wonderful that they took the extra step to ensure that the blanket was just right for me.It is well made and exactly what I wanted.

With great anticipation, my son's blanket arrived. It was heavier than I had imagined but he instantly liked it. It is winter and he has used it every night since he received it and he told me it's like a warm hug. :-) It appears to be of high quality and workmanship and we are very happy with it.

I purchased several of these for a couple of different members of my family. Both of my daughters suffer from anxiety, and have trouble falling asleep. I purchased the 16 lb blankets and they are a great weight that makes it easy to move around under, but provide supportive comfort. My husband suffers from sleep apnea, and it is also difficult for him to fall asleep, and has a better time under heavy comforters. The 16 lb blanket was a little heavy for him, but with a lighter quilt under it instead of the comforter, he was cooler and fell asleep rather quickly. I also love to curl up under mine, I have found it to be quite soothing. I would recommend this to many friends and family who may suffer from insomnia. These blankets feel like you're relaxing under a comforting hug. :)

It's for my own personal use and I love it. The feeling of being comforted by the pressure helps fall asleep faster than ever. My only change would be if it was bigger. I bought the large if they would have had an extra def would have got that. Otherwise I'd get everyone I know one.

I received my blanket in the Mail and it was not the weight I ordered, I ordered 11 pounds for my daughter and we received a 16 lb one that is even too heavy for me! I looked everywhere for contact information for the company and could not find any! I need to exchange the blanket for the correct weight or just return it. Not pleased at all.

I bought this blanket for myself because I sometimes struggle with anxiety, which makes it hard to sleep at night. I love sleeping under the weight of my blanket at night! It definitely has a calming effect. I am going to purchase one for my daughter as well, as she is always asking to use mine.
