Total failure
Total failure. Began loan process six weeks out, delivered everything they asked for the day they asked for it. A week from closing I find out that the lender "needs to approve" our closing attorney. No idea what that entails or why it didn't start a month ago, but fine. Not fine. I'm supposed to be closing today, and they can't even tell me when I MIGHT be able to close. Just blamestorming and buck passing. I usually never deal with brokers/resellers/middlemen if I can help it; I made an exception here to get a good rate, and now I'm paying the price.

Hey Sarah, we’re sorry your closing process created undue stress. We diligently communicated with the closing attorney and her paralegal in advance to keep closing on track but at times cannot control third-party delays. We’re grateful for your business nonetheless and wish you all the best in your new home.
