I didn't even get to make my first payment and Mortgage America had already sold my loan. There were multiple issues with the address data and when my first payment was going to be due. I went with them because they said they were local and would "stick with me" as a customer, and help me sell my other home. My other home is still not sold, they've not done anything to help sell it that I've noticed, and they didn't even "stick with me" for a month after I closed!

Hi Jason, Thank you for your feedback. We did disclose at the time of application that we transfer the servicing of your loan when you sign the loan estimate. Unfortunately Mortgage America is not a real estate company and therefore cannot assist with the sale of your home. Please let us know if we can better assist you in the future.
