Mortgage AmericaReviews of mortgagebankamerica.com

We've now purchased two houses with David's help at Mortgage America in the past 5 years and would confidently recommend him to friends and family. Very responsive, and does a great job at breaking down the complicated home buying process into layman's terms in a way that's easy to trust and comprehend. Thanks David and team!

David made my first time home buying experience very quick & easy back in January of 2020! He was very responsive and professional. I highly suggest using David for all of your mortgage needs.

David Clemens was such a great person to deal with. He was respectful and very professional throughout the whole process. I looked at about 10 houses through my buying process and every time there was a house I was interested in, I would send him the address. In less than 24 hours (a lot of times it was in about 4 hours) he would send a breakdown of the mortgage with all the costs factored in. I highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy a house.

We had a short turn around time and Mortgage America and David and all the people involved were efficient, professional, kind, extremely competent and made what could have been a very stressful experience less stressful. Thank you.

David was great to work with. He even worked on the weekends for me. I recommend everyone to use David Clemens for your mortgage!

My wife and I bought our first house in October 2022 while working with David Clemens since early May 2022. He was great professional in helping us with where we wanted to set our budget and endlessly helped us recalculate costs even if the house we were looking at was well outside the area he worked. If you’re looking for a great professional who is interested in your needs, your budget and anything else you’re looking for in a house buying experience, then I would recommend going through him moving forward

Ryan Esser is a true professional. My experience working with Ryan is a 5 star service. He does work with you step by step through the mortgage process and goes out of his way to help you. He also helps you understand and explains what you don't understand. He made applying for a mortgage easier than I thought and is very thorough. If you or anyone needs to apply for a mortgage, I highly recommend Ryan Esser.

Had the pleasure of working with Ryan Esser through Mortgage America. I felt very confident that I was in good hands throughout the process. Availability was always something that he made aware to me incase I needed some sort of assistance. Highly recommend anyone to him for your financial needs to purchase a property.
