Im so happy i used mortgage América. It wasn’t smooth sailing but the outcome was excellent. When buying a house is very stressful but Jessica Snyder exceeded her job expectations.

Burning multiple vacation days due to Mortgage America oversight was not how I envisioned using them when I refinanced my home. Settlement was postponed twice. The first time no one showed up, it was confirmed but never scheduled. Then two weeks later, after many apologies, it was postponed a SECOND TIME. I was promised, as a repeat customer that I would be compensated for the inconveniences by removing administration fees- that never happened. And lastly, I received a letter from Mortgage America AFTER settlement. Apparently I qualified for a lower rate but because Mortgage America dropped the ball three times I got the letter after the deadline and missed out on getting a .5% lower rate. Having been a repeat client, I am disappointed at how poorly Mortgage America handled my refinance.

I cant thank Chris Sheetz enough for his help with the mortgage process. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The process could not have gone any smoother than it did. Closed on my house on time....30 days,if not less. Thanks again Chris! You are awesome!

Mortgage America was as usual a good partner to have for the mortgage and settlement. My only concern was the repetition of paperwork. Copies were either missed or not copied the first time. I understand that because of the circumstances people were working from home. More care needs to be taken with communication and paperwork. Thank You.
