We have had amazing experiences with Mortgage America both times we've needed a mortgage. Angela is always available to answer our questions and has been there every step of the way, making sure we got the best rate that we could! I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us!!

Our experience with Mortgage America…
Our experience with Mortgage America was totally positive from day one. We were grateful to get the referral to them and it made our property buying experience much more pleasant. They were easy to work with, communicative and very respectful. They also made things happen on-time/early, which isn't often the case with lenders. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

When you are understood...
My loan officer why is extremely patient and available throughout the several months I was looking for my investment property. He was able to analyze properties as soon as I came upon them and took the time to educate me on the process and remind me of factors I might have missed. He looked for loan programs I might qualify for and offered me the lowest rate he could. Thank you Ryan Esser!

Very Satisfied
Matt's always excellent to work with, he helped explain everything I needed to know and made sure my credit rating was where it needed to be. Prompt communication too. Highly recommended for anyone in the area looking to buy a house.

So far so good
So far so good. Not having a local branch to visit to speak with someone in person is a little odd. We were hoping that we could change our monthly deduction date. Is that possible? -Kyle

Hi Kyle, we are sorry to hear that you were unable to get assistance from the Newtown branch. Due to Covid 19 the office is temporarily not accepting applicants at the office. As far as the date of your payments, it is practice for all mortgage companies to make the first of the month as the payment date. However, you do have a 15 day grace period but your payment must be made by the 15th of the month. If the payment is received after the 15th, then you would incur late fees. Experienced and Knowledgeable
I'm on my third mortgage now. I used a different company for number two and will never make that mistake again. Tayler Fitch is smart, concise, and easy to work with! He really makes the whole process very easy! The first time he helped me I had already been through at least five loan officers.
