I have made multiple purchases with Morris 4x4 and their service has been great. The items ship and arrive as expected. Morris also provides various updates on my orders after I make my purchases. Website and check out are very easy to navigate. Thank you.

If I can give zero I would! Terrible costumer service! Tell me you have something in stock when you have no stock! Tell me it will be there at the end of the week when it won’t be there for 3 weeks! You are a fraud!

Hi Dustin- I want to sincerely apologize that your order did not ship as quickly as anticipated and that we were not able to provide you with an accurate shipping timeframe up front. A variety of supply chain disruptions have made it more difficult to accurately predict lead times lately, stay on top of inventory changes, as well as are causing shipments to leave more slowly than usual. That being said, if there is anything we can do to make this up to you, please contact us at onlinesupport @ morris4x4center.com.

What an awful experience and I am still trying to get my issue resolved! Morris 4x4 simply refuses to provide even the most basic customer service and is coming off as incredibly desperate to hang on to a $189 sale. Business must really be bad for them to provide me a faulty product and then completely ignore me! I am embarrassed for Morris 4x4 and will NEVER do business with them again. I just read your response and you can talk to Christina, the apparently over-worked and underpaid customer service supervisor that lied 2x about getting back to me, and once she finally did, she did NOTHING to help other than say you are out of luck, that is our policy. Your company is pathetic and if you think this ends here you are sadly mistaken. The review of your company and the faulty product and substandard customer service will be posted to 180,000 4x4 enthusiasts.

Hi Rob- I have spoken to you a couple of times via Facebook Messenger and other review sites, but I wanted to make sure to respond to your reviews elsewhere as well. As I mentioned to you a couple of times previously, I am sorry for your frustration with the warranty process for this item. We do want to help and have offered you assistance, but unfortunately since you have already installed and driven with the product, we cannot offer you a return without you complying with the warranty process that is dictated by the manufacturer. Fox can assist you with technical support or they may offer you a replacement, but that would be at their discretion to determine if your product is defective after you work with their technicians since they have the product expertise. We can't offer a return on their behalf just due a product not performing as expected, and we do need to follow the steps we provided you with. If you do not want to fill out their warranty support form, you are also welcome to contact them at 831.274.6500 instead. If you'd like us to contact them on your behalf, we can do so, but this will take longer by having us act as the middleman. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with this option.

Made an order in June, 3 months later still waiting, fed up writing emails and opening customer service chats to only be told the same thing everytime that one of the parts is missing they will send soon, they will never send. Asked for a refund twice, still being told they will check out the order. I want to cancel, and a full refund. Stop avoiding giving me a refund. What kind of shady business is this.

Response from Morris 4x4 CenterSep 7, 2021
Hi Laura- I am sorry to hear that your order did not ship as quickly as anticipated and that you've been dissatisfied with the level of communication you've received. Since this is an international order, we do have to wait for all 33 items to be ready to ship before we can have them delivered to you, which can cause longer lead times. However, if you'd like to cancel the order for a full refund, please contact me at onlinesupport @ morris4x4center.com so we can get that taken care of for you.

Just did a complete suspension overhaul and ordered multiple items from Morris 4X4. Fast shipping everything was exactly what I ordered and fit like it should. Will definitely order from here again.

Waited months for correct leaf springs only to have them say they couldn't supply them, then it took another month for them to send call tags for the 1st set, we never got a full refund for the items purchased and we feel that we should not have to pay for return shipping. Mari Jimena was our contact but we also talked to Ron and John. Use this company at your own risk

Hi Barbara- I am so sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing experience with us. We try to always get orders filled as efficiently as possible, and I hate to hear that this was not your experience. As for your refund, you absolutely should be receiving that in full.
