Awful, too greasy, caused hair loss

I purchased the Morocco oil weightless masque after listening to blowout professor. This product is vile. The smell of perfume is overpowering and sickly. My hair was atrocious after use and my whole hair felt irritated. I normally use Phillip Kingsley which I will be sticking to in future.

I had a positive experience dealing with Moroccanoil. The order & delivery process was quick and easy to use. I made a mistake on the order and I feared a bad outcome based on other's reviews. However the problem was quickly resolved by the 'Customer experience team' and my order arrived quickly with no issues.

Bad products.

£100 for a bottle and it’s a Con ! It fades so Quickly and doesn’t last more than an hour ‘

It’s a shame that such bad customer service can tarnish a reputation. I love these products specifically the shampoo/conditioner. I have been trying to initiate a return and have sent emails and made telephone calls. There is no way to leave a message. I will need to dispute this with my credit card company if they do not reach out by this week.
