I purchased an order and was supposed to get 10% off. Well this didn’t happen. I emailed them called them . No response. Received my order yesterday no invoice enclosed and no shipping return information and they sent me 2 hairbrushes and I only wanted 1. Emailed again and no response. Now I call my credit card company. Do not buy anything from them as they are deceptive.

El producto es fantástico, no entiendo porque la gente ponen malas reseñas , solo por el motivo político.

Non acquistate sul loro sito, ho pagato per un profumo mai arrivato e secondo loro consegnato, non hanno mai risposto alle mie mail e sto aspettando il rimborso da PayPal. Vergognosi e per nulla affidabili, mai più.

La calidad del producto me pareció muy inferior a lo que promete la marca y, además, me provocó una reacción alérgica con irritación y picor tras pocos usos. El servicio postventa tampoco estuvo a la altura. Respuestas lentas, poca empatía y sensación constante de que intentaban quitarse el problema de encima en lugar de ayudar al cliente. Para el precio tan elevado que tienen sus productos, esperaba muchísimo más tanto en calidad como en atención. No volveré a comprar esta marca. Mucha imagen y marketing, pero una experiencia muy decepcionante.

I placed two orders on 27th April 2026 and it’s now 7th May 2026 and they’re still not posted. I’ve contacted customer support three times via email, requesting the cancellation and refund of £151 spent. One of the orders is perfume for my wife’s birthday and it’s going to be too late. I’m now £151 short and need to find money to replace. This company has failed me on all levels. Finally, I got a response today. They want me to send back the parcels when they arrive so I can receive my refund. The parcels was posted today, four days it said on website when order was placed. There was no apology from customer service or any explanation for the late delivery. I’m glad I’m getting my money back because they don’t deserve it.

There is no product I have not liked! I'm obsessed with the Originale scents! I have naturally curly, thin hair, and their products are the best I can find that make my spiral curls bounce and hold all day. I have been using them since they came out and have wasted my money on other curly hair products. Their hair & body mist is the best & freshest scent! I love all of their body products!! And the lip gloss, it keeps my lips moist for hours!
