I have been left on read for at least a month now. I cant top up using my debit card any of them. The system says it will allow a bank transfer but the fact that noone will get back to me from support it too much of a risk for me to try this. Im in Vietnam it worked great a few times but I think its safe to say that now we can pretty much give op on this app.

In many cases, declined debit card top-ups are caused by the customers bank blocking the transaction rather than by Moreta directly, so we’d recommend checking with your bank first. Bank transfer top-ups via SEPA, Faster Payments, and US bank transfers continue to be supported. We also sincerely apologise for the delay in support responses.
