I was able to find a part that wasn’t easily available and along with fast shipping.

They sent me the wrong part. Refused to pay for return shipping and demanded a restocking fee. I filed a chargeback with my CC and they sent them a fraudulent invoice i had never seen before with different part number.

I was sent a defective part. I applied for an RMA and they "slow-rolled" it. As a result, my ability to return the part exceeded their "allowable" time frame. Now I'm stuck with a useless part. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I sent SEVEN emails and called three times. No responses to my questions or concerns. Then they tell me they sent me emails - and yet, no reply to my SEVEN emails. The customer service on the phone was horrible. The customer service reps could not care at all. Fortunately, I only lost money on a $100.00 part. I hate to think of how many other people are getting hosed by these people and never complain. If you order from them, you are taking a chance. There is a reason you are paying a lower price - it's the risk. This business and this product was horrible. Save your money and buy from a reputable business. These people are not reputable.

The part was absolute garbage. It was not genuine OEM as advertised. The magnet on it wont even pick up a piece of scrap steel the size of a penny. It was the same POS that you can buy at any crappy auto parts store for 1/4 the price. It made my truck run like crap. Misfires everywhere. You should be damned ashamed of yourself for committing fraud and passing that off as genuine OEM!!

great prices compared to the dealership for the same parts. Some aftermarket parts cost 20 bucks less but sometimes do not fit like oem parts from Mopar Parts Giant...Shipping is a little steep for a small item.

Orderd a rear bumper for my 2019 ram. 569 dollars and 70 dollar shipping fee, estimated delivery 24 though 26th April, as of the 29th of April never heard anything from them except that it was being ready to ship, then on the 30th of April received email that I had to give them another 135 dollars for shipping, blamed it on FedEx, seems to me they should no how much it cost to ship something, close my account as soon as they reimburse my credit card, never again will I even consider this company
