Easy to locate parts I needed. Prices were much better than at the dealer. Part I ordered (oil dipstick) was 1” longer than the original, which created a concern. The “ask a question” option easily and quickly explained why the manufacturer made the change, resolving my concern.

Couldn't check out and pay. Kept saying address was undeliverable or didn't match paypal when it was correct and matched. Then was saying phone number incorrect. Very frustrating! Only worked when i paid with a different card

Thank you for your feedback. We understand payment issues can be frustrating; however, our system does not accept international credit card due to fraud prevention. We have a two-factor authentication for shipping and delivery addresses, so PayPal is the only available payment option orders under $3000.We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Fast and easy shipping, Just wish all of the factory Mopar sites gave better descriptions of the items! This is not a moparpartsgiant.com issue, it's an issue across ALL Mopar parts dealers.

First part was not for 6.4 Scat Pac but rather a 5.7. The difference is the oil cooler outlet is smaller on the 5.7. The radiator hoses on the other hand where correct. The time and to receive and communications could have been better.
