I ordered a t shirt with a picture of a girl and her horse with some words. Received it yesterday and my daughter absolutely loved it. And deli very was pretty fast. I am sure what I wrote does not do the work justice. Great job!

The blanket is fabulous
The blanket is fabulous, however, I ordered and paid for 2. I am.still.teying to get my second one. Again, the product was wonderful, but I need my second blanket ( and yes I have sent a picture of the one received and the packaging as requested, should not have had to do this).

Order 3 personalized mugs 2 on the 4th…
Order 3 personalized mugs 2 on the 4th of September and one on the 8th last update that they did was September 11 for the two that were ordered on the fourth in September 17 for the one on the eighth. Really pissed that they have no customer service experience. Two of them are for my mom and my sister. Your website says 5 to 7 business days that I would be delivered it’s been a month. I spent $122.89 and get lied to about how long it will be to receive the items. They need to be sent out today impersonal he should probably get all three of them for free and get my 122.89 back. This is Ridiculous I emailed them on Saturday and have gotten hi response about. My sister got hers Saturday but mine and my mom isn’t here yet

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I ordered a custom insulated water bottle and never received it. I have contact their "Customer Support" and only got an email saying it was shipped and they had to find the tracking number. No response since then and I have contacted them several times. TERRIBLE!!!!
