I ordered on September 8th my order is 104727 it is October 13th and I still have not received it. I did receive an email saying it's being delayed because of wildfires???? I paid about 50.00 for a cup....which i feel like I have been scammed. If i do not receive this item or verified tracking information I will file a claim with paypal and my credit card company. If my cup comes within the next few days and is of good quality and i like the product I will adjust my review.

Finally received my order. And I like what I received. I know shipping is a problem with the covid-19 pandemic, but I still would have liked to be able to get a better response from Moosfy when I tried to contact them.

It took longer , from the time I ordered to the time received, to get my item. But, when I inquired about my order I received a prompt reply with a tracking number.

This company is awesome. I have ordered their personalized mug for my sister and loved it so I ordered four more for my friends. Ordered a sweatshirt for my one granddaughter with a horse it’s beautiful. I inquired with the company to see if they could do a sweatshirt for dogs and they are. My other granddaughter will be so excited for Christmas. And their shipping is fast considering the situations we are having. Highly recommend this company.

I never got my mug

I love my Tumbler. The images of my horses bring a smile to everyone’s face that sees it. Thank you for making such a nice product. I liked it so much I ordered tumblers for my best friends.

I ordered two gifts on september 15, it has been awaiting shipment for more then 3 weeks now and nobody will answer my messages on their website... I am starting to get worried as i spent a lot of money... It is a birthday gift and i dont think it will get here in time even tho i ordered in advance...
