I ended up with these hucksters by doing a search for "french bulldog gifts" since my sister loves them. I found a shirt they sell that seemed to be nice enough. I ordered and waited about three weeks to get it. Their description stated "SUPER SOFT: Healthy 100% linen material will make Casual Shirt comfy, lightweight.' My heart sank when I received it and thought it seemed a little weird for linen. Then I saw the truth: It is 100% polyester. I contacted them and received a reply that said "our linen has special qualities." Yeah, like the "special quality" is that it isn't linen. AVOID these people, I wish I had. edit: Linen is an organic material made from flax. Just like cotton is made from cotton plants. To insist that somehow polyester is linen is beyond crazy, or wildly deceptive.

Took awhile to get them, the fleece inside is pretty rough...it pulls out of the shoe when you take them off.

They should have specified that the "father and son" t-shirt was sold separately. Sending 1 shirt as a gift was not good, but at least they did ask if I wanted the other one also within hours but I ordered immediately but they didn't send them togather. They were sent days apart with 2 shipping fees. Also, $80+ for 2 low quality shirts is too much Buyers beware!

I ordered on November 22nd, received a shipping update on December 15th and when I check the tracking, the item doesn't show as scanned. Leaving town for 3 months on Thursday so an item I ordered a month ago will not make it. I feel like I didn't order at the last minute and yet, still will most likely not receive the item.

Expected the bracelet to be more solid and not so flimsy. Product received is very different from the picture.

I never received my product. When talking with USPS they sent my cup back. Because the only thing on the package was my zip code, not even my address. I contacted help services and they said they tried to resolve the issue but I had to go to USPS directly and figured out what the problem was. When asking for a refund, they told me they will resent my cup with the updated address and postage. But I’m still waiting for the tracking number.

Overall, I am not completely pleased with my order. Two of the insulated cups were customized somewhat acceptably, but the third one was not well done at all. I would like a refund for that mug. In addition, the quality of the cups themselves was also sub-standard. Update: the company’s reply indicated that they had responded to my initial review via email. This is not the case. The ONLY response I have received is the one that appears below this review.
