Ordered the extra large canvas "Live Like Someone Left The Gate Open" canvas and though the canvas itself was received in perfect condition, the frame was broken (probably during shipping). Moosfy replaced it with no problem just asked for photos to be sure it was their product. They immediately sent me a new canvas which arrived undamaged. Thanks Moosfy for standing behind your product even when it was through no fault of your own. Now that is how every company should treat and serve its customers. Outstanding service. Five stars for this company! I would definitely order from Moosfy again. Thank you!

This is a wonderful and sentimental gift idea. The cup hold up well if properly cared for. Looks just like my daughter and the horses! Good customer service. Highly recommended!.....

Updated: as you can see below, their customer service rep cannot even speak coherent English, which is forgivable, terrible customer service is not. The tracking information does NOT prove delivery to OUR address, only delivery to AN address, which was not ours. We paid for the item, paid shipping, and never received it. This company has the mindset that WE, not they, are accountable if THEIR chosen delivery provider fails. At this point, they have taken money, not delivered the item, and not even apologized or helped at all. Even their Facebook comments are filled with people in the same situation: never received their item and absolutely no help from the company. I cannot recommend anyone order from them for fear of being in the same situation. I cannot recommend anyone order anything from this site. I paid for an item, paid for shipping. The item says it was delivered. It was not. Tracking info said it was delivered to our mailbox. It could not have been bc there were already items in the mailbox. I am certain the item was delivered to the wrong address. We asked all of our neighbors, but it wasn't at any house or mailbox on our street. I tried to contact customer support via chat and no one responded. I contacted via email and after several back and forths of them insisting I run around the world to try and find this item, they determined with no proof that it was lost by the provider or stolen. They refused a refund and refused to ship a replacement. They offered absolutely no help, not even an apology for the failure of their delivery provider or discount on future order. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. They are thieves.
