I purchased a Crewneck and 12x12 pillow with custom Lettering and personalized instructions for my Girlfriend's Birthday Present in June. The products were done so professionally and the delivery date was exactly emailed to me when the products shipped and delivered. This Company may be a small Business, but they guarantee their products. I highly recommend the Company Moosfy.com and their line of Merchandise.

My lid came cracked and the lids don't seal well on mugs. I wouldn't pay this much for what I got.

If there were zero stars, I would have picked that. I ordered my shirt about a month ago and have not received it yet. I was hoping to have it by Mother's Day but it's not looking like that's going to happen. I obviously won't be ordering from Moosfy again.

UPDATE I did receive the product shortly after my review. While I don't know why I did not find the shipping notice with tracking, the problem could have been easily resolved before I wrote the review with a simple way to get ahold of you quickly. I was taking care of details before a trip, and the chat not working and no phone number made for an avoidable addition to the stress. ORIGINAL REVIEW I placed an order 12 days ago. I received a system email with a receipt and a notice that I would be notified when it shipped. I tried the chat today, but there was no response, so I closed it after about 10 minutes. There is no indication of a wait time.
