Everything was great except for some confusing email messages. I placed my order and received confirmation, but then I got messages asking me to complete the order. I just ignored them.

Warning, moon audio will not repair any damages to the connections of these cables because the machine to reproduce the plastic parts are “too expensive for the company” I spent $400 for the cable and was told to buy a new one because they don’t repair the cheapest part of their product! WTH?!

They are well stocked, send out orders quickly, and are well packaged. They are one of the few "highly recommended" suppliers I use.

The Teac 701T cd-transport was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. It was double boxed to ensure this. The price was right and with a choice of both color offerings; silver or black. The 701T is the best cd transport I have ever owned! Teac “Knocked it out of the park!” And my dealings with Moon Audio will make me a repeat customer.

I recently purchased three different products from Moon Audio in two separate orders. Both orders were processed and shipped quickly. They arrived well packaged. After a few days of using them, I am really pleased. Moon Audio’s selection of high end audio equipment is superb; but, I found their educational and product reviews to be one of the most helpful components of their service. I urge others to look at their videos as a part of your pre-purchase research.

Easy to find what you are looking for and check out is easy as well. And the delivery was fast and on time
