Dealing with your customer service was excellent, very knowledgeable, but\Not too happy with my purchase. Oh I am happy, but it's not well. The Focal app doesn't work in the Astell & Kern PD10 android system. And I don't know if I just can't figure out how to use my Focal bathy's M.G s but why are wireless they sound awesome. But running with the cord , they sound like crap. Can I get figure out how to get him to sound better?My Focal listens sound way better than my Bathys MG and there are a thousand bucks cheaper

Regarding SP4000 performance, first few hours show a big leap from SP3000, well worthy the investment, IMO - we are now really talking about TOP audiophile sound quality, amazing detail and liveliness, great soundstage (real and proportional), and the Dar engine really improved against the SP3000'. Bravo A&K 👏🏼
