Fast shipping smooth transaction and excellent product

Hard to find KR Audio 5U4G rectifier tubes. Delivered earlier than expected. These tubes are expensive but are also very special. I've paired them with a Cayin HA-6A MK2 pre/head amp and the improvement is significant across the board.

My Mojo2 came no problems, I would really like a dragon cable at some point but they are apparently making all of their money from them... I would also like to more curated bundles on a discount.

Great price on the unit I purchased. It was sent quickly and with good tracking. I appreciate the information available on Moon-Audio website.

Moon is great, shipping is quick and service is awesome. Return customer for sure. Their website is lacking though. Seriously. Fire your web designer. Or send them to training to actually design an eCommerce site. Searching brings a fly out that is not scrollable. The main page which turns to the background remains scrollable, but you cant see it lol. Then they have 15 different pop up, fly outs, and other crap that makes it annoying as hell to shop or browse. If you're wanting people to spend LESS time on your site shopping, leave it as is.

They responded to the order quickly and within the week, I had well made, short cables.

I “found” Moon Audio years ago. Made several purchases and my experiences lead me to consider them for every audio upgrade or addition I am contemplating. Easy to navigate and informative web site and very solid customer service. Orders are handled very promptly and communication with them is easy and helpful. Their turnaround in processing and shipping is as good as it gets. Indicative is a quest for a simple leather case for a product out of production. I could not find it anywhere. Moon was out of them as well but after a few emails, they somehow located one and… If they are concerned and responsive regarding a $100 case then…we’ll you get the picture!
