The issue with this company is they are not a true AudioPhile dealer so their prices can be in some instances 2x to 3x higher than other retailers. I ordered two tubes from them and found several instances of the same tubes from different reputable dealers online.. A lot of there stuff is SUPER over priced

The silver dragon is amazing. I needed a longer cable then the stock for my empire ears legend evo and took a chance on the silver dragon based on what I had read about the legends scaling well. The combination has entirely exceeded my expectations, with the AK PD10 dap it makes a simply beautiful sound. The bass is better, the detail retrieval is unreal and the whole combination stunning. It brings the legend evo to another level, hugely recommended upgrade.

This is the 2nd time I visited Moon Audio to listen to DAP's before making my decision to purchase the A&K SP3000M. The team are always very helpful and do what they can to provide me with the best listening experience. I appreciate the service and support through the process. I don't make fast decisions with this stuff so did appreciate their patience. Best part was I was able to leave with the SP3000M after making the purchase there and avoided the need for shipping.

Ordered some upgraded BNC cables. Very happy with the results. Very well made.

First of all the AK 4000 is as thick as a brick. Not nearly a portable player. I also suspect the Android SW is not ready for prime time. I have hundred of tidal assets that won't download even though I have reformatted the card they go on. Also the 'accessories are a total rip off. A cheap ball point pen and a charger that is over priced. What has happened to this company. Leave this generation of AK alone and see if they recover. Plenty more AKs out there and plenty more Moons as well.

Always a great experience with Moon Audio! They are knowledgeable, and quick to respond to inquiry. I have used them for a majority of my HiFi needs.

Drew and Nicole created a custom phono cable for me and it sounds great. Awesome quality and even better customer service!
