Incomprehensible UI, delays in deposits, fussy about bank accounts, no customer support. I tried them out with a small amount of money which I suspect is now lost and I'm really glad I didn't give them more. Their margin rates are high, their withdrawal policies are terrible if you have a margin you have to pay it off entirely before taking ANYTHING out.

IT IS AN AWFUL APP TO NAVIGATE AND BEWARE OF THEIR SWEET TALKING SALESPERSON MING QING ON THE EFFICACY OF THE PLATFORM AND THE SUPPORT THAT CAN BE GOTTEN WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE. THERE ARE MANY ONLINE TRADING PLATFORMS. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID THIS ONE LIKE THE PLAQUE.

Incredibly rude customer service and extremely poor function app with horrible UI. App never updated my existing balance for a week, and neither did my transfers. I called customer service and she got mad at me cause I couldn't understand that there were actually 2 transfer history buttons (go figure), where one of them is in-app and doesn't work, and another opens an in-app browser to the moomoo website and does work. How am I supposed to know that your app contains broken features that I'm not supposed to use, and why are you yelling at me because YOUR app is broken.

moomoo is pretty solid overall and quite stable. The UI is very clean, especially the option-related pages. Everything is easy to read at a glance. Sometimes the news push can feel a bit noisy to me, but that is mainly because I personally don't like having too much noise.
