Your watchlist can be alot friendlier. I don’t think we can remove options from the watchlist. Take a look at Tiger broker’s watchlist. It is a lot more dynamics and it give us the option of ONLY viewing the stocks that we hold, without the need to see the Put and Call options. Also, give us a segregated view of our total options wins and losses, and our stock wins and losses. It is now lumped together I believe. We are unable to view the margin required in terms of dollars for our short puts as well.

Be aware!!!! Moomoo will hold you hostage and charge an outrageous amount if you want to transfer your shares out of their platform. Also, their support is THE WORST I’ve ever seen in the market and the staff can barely speak English. Stay away from Moomoo!!!!

Extremely pathetic experience so far. Disgustingly frustrating experience with Moomoo Canada. My withdrawal has still not been processed and it has now been over a month. I was repeatedly told that everything was cleared and that the transaction would be completed, including a specific assurance that it would be done by the end of the week, but nothing happened. Instead of getting my funds, I keep getting vague updates and delays. This is my own money, and there has been no clear explanation for why it is still being held up. I also filled the compliance forms and did everything needful for what they asked and still the issue persists. Very disappointing experience with support and withdrawal handling. I would not trust this platform with timely access to my funds. On top of all of this, the process of withdrawal and deposit is blocked now.

We had the worst experience with a drink customer accusing us of using foul language and we were drinking water and hans the gm did nothing and was happy for the situation to be abused on us who did nothing I Will never go back to that place again for poor management hans handled it so badly we had to leave when the drunk lady abused me

I previously closed my account with MooMoo and recently requested for it to be reopened. Unfortunately, the entire process has been extremely frustrating. I was asked to complete an application form along with several supporting documents, including a photo of myself holding my NRIC card. After submitting the photo, they came back requesting a clearer version, claiming the one I provided was too blurry when zoomed in. Frankly, I find this expectation unreasonable—I’m not taking the photo in a professional studio, and it feels like they’re setting the bar unnecessarily high given that they still have my record since I closed the account less than 6 months. It gives me the impression that they are not genuinely interested in allowing me to reopen my account, perhaps because I had previously chosen to close it. In the end, I decided to give up on the process altogether. I will not be reopening or reactivating my account with MooMoo.

I’ve been using this platform for a while, but there are serious issues that need to be addressed. The P/L Analysis does not correctly reflect dividend data. Even after several days, the numbers do not reconcile with the actual dividend history, making it unreliable for tracking real performance. More concerning, I’ve also experienced problems with portfolio data: - positions temporarily disappearing - values showing as 0 (e.g., Bank of America – BAC) - inconsistent portfolio updates This is not just a minor display issue — it directly affects the ability to track profit and loss accurately. Support responses have been generic and repetitive over time, without a clear resolution. Even in physical shops, staff were unable to provide accurate explanations. For a financial platform, data accuracy and transparency are essential. Right now, this is a serious limitation. I strongly suggest verifying all data independently through official statements and not relying solely on the P/L Analysis. Would appreciate a clear fix or at least full transparency on these issues.
