MooielightReviews of mooielight.com

Awesome & Quick service. Products look very nice. The price and quality is good.

Super seller, high quality products. Shipping takes a few weeks but it’s worth the time!

Very easy to deal with and a faster delivery than I expected. All delivered safely as was well packaged

Product came and is great! I think everyone needs to calm down, this company SHIPS by boat, as most people know this method is what lowers cost and it takes absolutely ages, that and the new rules with what comes in and out with brexit (if your uk based). Comments like “typical China” are racist and cheap shots. Did the item come? Yes. Did it take as long as they said? Yes. Was it as described? Yes. Is it a cheaper alternative and of a lesser quality than the danish model? Seeing as it’s £800 cheaper yes. This company does not have the best back and forth, but a lot of that is down to language barriers. I think they are putting in a huge amount of effort since previous reviews. I would buy from these guys again. Be prepared for a longer wait, i would pay via pay pal, as it’s easy to find your receipt and see if the money has gone, as this was queried by mooielight, I found the PayPal payment receipt easy and replied saying that I had paid. They apologised for the confusion. Good company

I really wanted a Cloud Style Chandelier with numerous frosted white globes, but many of them were way out of my price range. Then I came across the perfect fixture when I stumbled upon the Mooielight website. I was hesitant about placing the order, but I’m glad I did. It took 38 days to receive but it was well worth the wait.

Great communication and wonderful pendants. They arrived in 2 weeks

Extremely quick reasons on customer request. Thumbs up!

Good service, nice support team and products as shown
