We paid for expidited shipping and it took 3 months to receive our order. When we finally received it one of the packages was damaged and the light was broken. Poor quality. Still waiting for our confirmation on a return and refund.

It has now been 3 months since I have ordered the lamp. The money were withdrawn from the account in a few days though. I keep receiving automatically generated feedback from the so called customer service. Worst experience in buying online so far and I have been shopping a LOT and for a LONG time.

I bought two lamps and they decided to declared less than tje half of the price in customs forms and at the end i had to pay 100 euros to release the items. The custumer service did not help at all
