The chandelier looks nothing like the image in the website. The strings were thick and chunky instead of thin and elegant. When we tried to return it, they said, no returns.

This is the first time I have written a one star review. The instructions were in Chinese so I couldn’t understand them. When I emailed your customer service line, I was told to ignore those instructions and that the light was easy to assemble. I have never had customer service like this before. Two light tubes were missing caps, a bolt was missing to attach two rods together and the bolts to keep the discs in place were silver where your pictures online showed them to be black, the same color as the light. I was determined to fix this all myself because I did not want to bother returning it since I waited months for it to arrive. I’m sorry but I will not recommend your site or purchase again.

A total fraud. My fixtures never arrived. They provided fake excuses for 2 months and then provided fake UPS tracking numbers to try to fool me some more. Useless customer service. A total scam.

This is the worst company to order from. I am still waiting on my order. I placed an order on June 2, 2021. Today is August 2, 2021. Its been two months and still no product delivery. This is a worst company and worst of customer service i have recevied. I have reached out to them so many times but they do not respond and when they do, they copy and paste the same damm thing that you can see on the tracking. I cannot believe we fall for this company. We ordered three lamps, total works of $590.
